VivaSanté sales reached 452 million euros in 2011.
Viva Santé invests heavily in Asia and expects to grow consequently the business by opening new business & Territories in Asia for its Specialty Care Business Unit (AWC from Urgo Medical) and its Self Care Business Unit (OTC & OTx products from Urgo Healthcare, JuvaSanté and SuperDiet)
South Korea is a 50 million people country, where VivaSanté has to take strong position from now. In this regards VivaSanté worked in 2013 on the setting up of a distribution partnership with a local company to distribute and promote its Advanced Wound Care products (UrgoTul and UrgoTul Absorb as a first step, Clean and Start as a second step)

Job title: South Korea Product Manager
Reporting to: VIVA Santé ASIA Regional Manager
Location: Seoul, South Korea
Duration: 24 Months
The Incumbent will work as a Product Manager and will be responsible of implementing the fitted marketing actions to develop the sales:
- Preparing the annual Marketing Plan, Company Strategic 5-years plan
- Continually monitoring market prices and making proposals on the flexibility of any suitable price change to the product range + Maintaining regular liaison with the Group Product Manager, advising of activities undertaken in the pursuit of achieving the budgets for assigned products
- Maintaining contact and build relationship with medical profession and KOLs + Recording all relevant information pertaining to opinion leaders in a database and taking care of regular updating as required - Ensuring the availability on the pertinent promotional material: mailing, brochure, gimmick, etc + Ensuring that all business activities comply with relevant acts, legal demands and ethical standards + Keeping an awareness of competitor activities and taking corrective actions as required
- Analysing market trends and sales potentials and preparing sales forecast for use in rolling production - importation planning
- Evaluating the effectiveness of all training related activities inclusive of applied selling skills
- Effectively utilizing sources of market research from both within and outside the company + Evaluating the effectiveness of promotional programs and making recommendations for improvements or changes as necessary
- Finding opportunities for other VivaSanté Business Units (Urgo HealthCare, JuvaSanté and SuperDiet) and recommending the right business model for each opportunity

- Business School
- Minimum 2 years experiences in product management either in local or multinational company (having worked in a pharmaceutical environment would bring added value)
- Advanced level in Pack Office, Business Intelligence through Internet,
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Korean: dual nationality would bring additional value
- An International background would bring additional value
- Very good analytical Skills, Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), Business savvy & target oriented, Team work and Project Management, Negotiation skills
